Excellent transaction! Trailer returned perfect!

Actual rental went well except for the fact that the trailer was packed up and moved to a different location because it was in the way of another trailer getting out. Barry was also not around to go over the close out. I was on time for the scheduled pickup. Trailer is delivery only for a reason. This left me less than impressed. Will not be renting to this event again.

Barry was very easy to deal with. The drop off and pick up times were very easy to accommodate. This was the first time that I rented out my trailer and it was a great experience.

Barry was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I must admit that I was a little nervous when I dropped off the trailer on Thursday and learned that this was an extremely large reunion and that so many units had been rented for various families. However when we arrived today to pick up the unit everything was fine with the trailer other than a few minor cleaning issues. Thanks Barry for taking care of our trailer.

This was our third rental and our first from a third party renter (the person using the trailer was not paying for it and was't there for either inspection). When I dropped of the trailer I was shown where to park, everything was fine, branches had to be moved and tied back which was great (no scratches) The people were very busy dealing with lots of trailers so not a lot of attention to detail while I was trying to show all the ins and outs of my trailer, as well, its better to have the user there as things get lost in translation. Overall I was treated nice, people were very nice, I would just make sure extra care is taken going over drop off and pick up as the same person wasn't there for both.
