Clayton was extremely helpful and kind. He answered everything promptly and gave us everything we needed for our stay at Bon Echo. He delivered the trailer to us at Bon Echo and took the time to explain it all to us first time trailer campers. The trailer was spacious and we had enough space for 5 adults. However, anyone sleeping in the bunkie should bring extra padding is very hard. Everything else was perfect and we hope to use again!

Clayton was on time for both drop-off and pick-up and very efficient. He gave a detailed walk-through and explained everything we needed to know as a 1st time RV renters and was open to us calling if we needed anything. This was our family's first time camping in an RV. Clayton and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent and delivery/pick up were right on time. They were extremely helpful and patient in explaining everything to us first timers. The trailer was stunning, spotless, comfortable, and spacious. They included tons of amenities, fully stocked housewares, and anything you may possibly need for an excellent camping experience. They even added a sweet welcome gift for us and our kids. Clayton was a pleasure to deal with as he was timely with his responses and accommodating to our schedule. The trailer was spotless and had tons of amenities/ appliances with fully stocked linens/housewares. Even a s’mores kit for the kids! The beds were so comfortable, and we had a restful and fun thanksgiving weekend.

Clayton and his dad were amazing to deal with....always prompt responses, and great customer service from our communications prior to delivery right through to pick up. We were even able to extend by 2 days! Thank you Clayton for putting everything in tip top shape for our journey, as well as for the lovely welcoming gift! It was a pleasant surprise on our first night on the road...sorry for taking so long to thank you.... I kept forgetting:-/ Freedom Express towed like a dream and fit into some lovely campsites:) Lots & lots of storage space & was easy to keep organised. It was ideal for a couple, and when our daughter and her pup joined us it was perfectly fine. It didn't take us long to get a system in place lol. Fridge and washroom were easily accessible for travel breaks (and goodness knows we had a few of those lol) We were completely self contained at all times....no need to hunt down food outlets or use gas station washroom facilities. Thanks for everything Clayton! We couldn't have asked for better owners to work with and would recommend you in a heart beat!!! Happy camping and Stay safe:)

We had an amazing trip using this RV. This RV is brand new and very comfortable for a week for our family. The owner was very easy to deal with and responsive to all questions. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The RV had everything and more needed. I would absolutely recommend renting this RV. 5 stars!

Such a great experience! Clayton and family were so pleasant and drove quite a distance to set and pick up trailer. The trailer had everything you could need and some. I had packed some things thinking they wouldn't have em, but they did! The trailer is huge and the reclining chair is the MOST comfortable chair in the world. Our 1.5 year old loved her bottom bunk and we were so pleased to be allowed to have our dog with us in the trailer. This was my first time renting a trailer but Clayton's reviews were so good we went with him. And now I see why! Great trailer, and wonderful experience. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We were the envy of all of our friend’s with this amazing trailer. The trailer came equipped with an outdoor stove top, fridge and a portable BBQ which made cooking outdoors pleasurable!! My family and I had a great experience with the Family Friend trailer. This is a brand new RV with all the bells and whistles that you need to go out with your family and start camping. The raider also comes with cutlery, lines, towels, camping chairs, net tent and games!

Such a great experience. The trailer is great! Lots of room, very clean, well appointed. Clayton made sure we had everything we could possible need and then some.

This trailer was very clean, brand new condition, well equipped with everything needed and more, very nice layout. We had an amazing weekend thanks to Clayton. We have rented several trailers in the past and this is by far the best one. His explanation with going over the trailer details and set up, was very helpful.
