Jeremy was great. Everything was set up as needed. Great communication and trailer. I just wasn't aware that I needed to bring gasoline for the generator. I have never used an RV before so there were some challenges, for example, I am not strong enough to start the generator! Others were there to do it for me but I wasn't prepared for that. The beds are not very comfortable so I suggest bringing a foam layer. I am glad that I bought one! If you are new to RVs and using it on wild land without any hookups, ask for water to be filled up beforehand and learn how to keep the battery charged, when it is low the carbon monoxide beep will keep you up all night.

This was a short notice booking, I had two bookings fall through with other providers and Jeremy was very accommodating. Jeremy delivered the trailer and set it up for me. He gave me a run through on how everything worked. I was able to text him with questions and they were answered quickly. This was a stress free experience.

The trailer was very clean and all set up for us when we arrived. There was a slight issue with the battery that caused a smell. So we only had power when the generator was running.
