The host Ashley was so kind and easy to work with. She was very responsive to messages and answered all of our questions promptly. Delivery and pick up was easy to coordinate and everything was right on time. This exact model is the RV we want to purchase so this experience made a great trial run. I would highly recommend this RV and host!

Tom G.août 2021Great experience. 5 stars all the way. This was our first time using RVezy and renting a travel trailer. From the very beginning (pre-booking) Ashley was very responsive, quickly answering all our questions and (nervous) concerns. Once we booked, we had more questions - all answered promptly. Ashley worked with us on a convenient pick up time for us, and got us hooked up and trained on the use of all amenities in about an hour - which was what I was hoping, so my expectations were nicely met on that point. While on our trip, we had one or two questions (things we forgot), and answers came quickly and the unit operated great for the trip making our vacation truly exceptional ! Thank you. We will use RVezy and Ashley again in the future.

It has a slide out for dinette which hung up and only allowed a 12" walk space in the unit designed for 5. No two beings could move at the same time, so it was unacceptable as a fun, peaceful getaway. My husband threatened to leave on the first night, big fight. To owner's credit they apologized but we had to take possession as there was no other option for accommodations.
