Deborah and Francisco was very communicative . They stay since may 06 to June 23 because they was doing some work at their house . The only downfall was the cleanliness the freezer was very dirty the microwave too. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned in the entire time they were there. trash can was full with a lot of dirty toilet paper. Nothing was broken everything looks fine just dirty . In the rules we ask to please empty all the waters and the black waters tank was full.

Francisco was an excellent renter and returned our trailer in really good shape. I would not hesitate to rent to him and his family again.
