From start to finish, the owner communicates in a very timely fashion. She was available to answer any questions within a short time. Rv was spectacular inside and out. Very cozy and easy to tow. Owner went to great lengths to make sure the experience was top notch by making sure all things camping were available with the rv. Highly recommended for communication, rv readiness and overall experience. Will rent again.
