Pros 1. Mohammed was very easy to work with & great communication. He was very accommodating with requests which was great. 2. The RV was spacious & worked very well for the 7 of us. 3. Pick up & drop off was very easy Cons 1. The RV was not clean when we received it. 2. Some of the utilities weren't working properly, would recommend it being fixed. 3. It's an older RV, works perfectly fine but some maintenance & repairs are required to make the experience more comfortable & memorable.

Our RV rental experience for our trip to banff was pretty good. Host provided detailed information on the start date. RV was equipped with all necessary items such as linens,utensils and camping items. On the last day we had battery issue as it wasn't starting the vehicle. We called host and he guided us what can be done and how to start the vehicle.

It was a great experience, initially had some hiccups but Mohammad was kind enough to fix all those, prompt communication.

While Mohamed's RV wasn't brand new, he made up for it with unbeatable pricing and a host of additional services. He graciously accommodated our needs, even with inconvenient pick-up and drop-off times. The added perk of a Family pass for free entry made the deal even sweeter. Comparing to professional RV companies, Mohamed's personalized service and cost-effectiveness stood out. The RV operated smoothly, ensuring a fantastic time for all. The motorhome suited our family well.

The RV is a bit old but fully functional for camp purposes. The owner is very accommodating and supportive in pre-trip materials needed for camping. Mohamed made all efforts to make our trip safe by replacing the all-season tires with brand new winter tires.

Overall the RV is not in the best condition. Mohammad delivered us the RV with Extremely bad tires. The rear tires where worn out without tread on them, and the front right was so univen the RV would shake as we would drive. Eventually one of the tires blew up on us on the middle of the highway, half way through the trip, and the spare tire was even worst than the ones on the RV so I couldnt replace it on the spot. So we had to get the RV to a shop for new tires. I eventually had to change more than the one that blew up on us as they where very bad and we still had to drive back to Calgary. The rear breaks would squick as they where also worn out. The fuel gauge wouldnt really work. It took about 50km for the gauge to reach full after we filled it up. The grey and black tank levels didnt work either. The RV fridge doesn't work, so Mohammed put in a new electric fridge on the room (which works fine), the problem is that it only works with the generator on, and if you are on the road all day you cant run the generator and the national park campasites has ruled on the hours you can run your generators, so it is very hard to keep the food cold in the fridge. In my honest opinion that RV should NOT be on the road until it gets fixed. When I brough it back to Mohammed he was understanding and gave me a full refund of the rental, but at the end of the day we lost 2 days of our 5 day trip, and the trip was not as smooth as it should have been if the RV would have been in the right conditions.

The rv was not clean at all. I had read the reviews and expected this but messaged Mohammed about it beforehand. Still filthy. I bought cleaning products as one provided was a laundry fabric cleaner and scrubbed it for a couple of hours. Had to do many dishes again. No tea towels. Cupboard above the sink was full of an oil spill. Below had a detergent spill. One towel for 5 of us so I had to buy them at $15 each in Banff when I discovered. Fridge did not seal closed everyday. Kettle tripped the power every time so no boiling water. Thankfully the beds were very comfy and appeared clean. Old and rattly is tolerable if it's clean. Don’t be fooled by other reviews of 5*.

Rented this rv for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The owner was so pleasant and easy to deal with! The rv was clean and cozy

The owner was very accomodating, he came to drop off the RV. All of the needs and tools were provided in the RV. It also has good space. During the trip we had some questions, and he was able to answer quickly.

Mo is the nicest guy ever, rv is very clean and spacious. It served its purpose and cannot recommend enough.

Great experience. We had a great time in Jasper National Park

The RV is in a good and clear condition eventhough it was built in 2004. We drove this RV from Calgary to Banff and Jasper without issues. The amenities in RV are enough for the trip. Mohamed is a very friendly host. He tried his best to accommodate our needs. Linens are free of charge and he even provided extra blanket to accommodate 7 people. We appreciate it when he offered to drop us off at the airport hotel during the storm after we returned the RV.

Mohamed great host. Most importantly the Engine of RV flawless...would consider trying newer model for future. Get full detail on plugging in the generator; yes, it needs to be plugged into a socket in the small cubicle where cord is kept.... to be able to use it. Fridge is intermittent. Our first trip to Canadian rockies....absolutely magnificent!

We had a great time and my family is looking forward to book another trip. Mohamed is a very nice person and we appreciate his kindness for RV newbie like us.

Mohammed is a honest and flexible host. The price is fair for what you get. Everything worked and we had a great time using the RV.

We were very disappointed with the unit. It was very filthy and in bad shape. We had waited for years to have an RV family trip and the condition of the unit took away from it. I would not recommend it. I do not wish for other families to be disappointed by it and waste their money on it.

Mohammad was very accommodating and helpful when we picked up the RV. We attended a weekend rural wedding and the RV served it purpose.

Although motor home needed about an hour to clean to our standards, otherwise motorhome operated as described and we had a great vacation. Will book again.

Had an amazing trip in Mohamed's RV. He was genuine, kind and super helpful to us!

Mohamed is very nice and accommodating and offered to throw in a bunch of extras for free. However the rv needs a really good cleaning and the AC vent on the roof looks like it has never been cleaned. Overall a decent experience though.

We evaluate this RV only one Star for many reasons. A couple days before our booking to this RV, he called us and said the feed pump doesn't work and need to be replaced. No schedule confirmed with him regarding the pickup time/location so make us uncomfortable with that. The good news He call us afternoon in the same camping day and said the RV ready, but unfortunately, he is not able to drops it to our camping or to nearest location to us so, Rami drived all the way down to the 22x that is 41Km driving to him. Finally, we recieved the RV around 8pm but in terrible shape, almost full tank with sewage, unclean RV and we had to go around the camping site for 22km to find a damp station.

It was our first time camping in a motorhome and we had the best time ever! Mohamed was very friendly and responsive! The motorhome is complete and comfortable! Loved the experience!

Its a good motorhome, perfect for the family but however smells gas once its parked. The water heater is not that great thats why we never got a chance to use the shower.

This was our first time renting an RV and so we had a lot of questions and concerns. Mohamed agreed to meet us a day earlier to give us a tour of his RV and answer any questions we had. He patiently answered all our questions and even allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive. His price was very reasonable and even though he generally keeps it lower than the others, I did not think there was anything lacking. In fact I found that he was willing to throw in a lot of freebies, such as a bike rack, GPS, a Propane bbq grill, extra gas for emergency, camping chairs, etc. Mohamed is a very gracious host and easy to get along with. Even though we were a little late in returning the RV, he was very understanding and did not fuss about it at all. We really enjoyed our first RV renting experience with Mohamed and will definitely rent his RV again in future if we get a chance.

We had a great vacation in the RV, however we did need to spend a significant amount of time after pick up cleaning the RV to make it meet our comfort level. Mohamed was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions prior to departure. There were some minor issues with getting the a/c running however we were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it up and running with the on board generator. The mattress in the bunk above the cab had a bit of mouldy smell. The grey and black water tank sensors did not work so there was no warning of when we were full. Overall no big issues and we had a wonderful vacation!

Le VR était vraiment très très sale à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû demander un remboursement partiel pour acheter des couvertures et faire un ménage complet. Mohamed a été compréhensif et ne s’est pas obstiné. The RV was really really dirty when we arrived. We had to ask for a partial refund to buy blankets and do a full cleaning. Mohamed was understanding.
