Overall, everything was great. Couple hiccups but Angel helped us out as best he can given communication reception was difficult. I would definitely rent again from Angel and recommend him to others!

We had a very good experience renting this RV. It is beautiful inside, spacious and very comfortable. Everything worked fine. Angel was very attentive and takes very good care of the RV. I highly recommend this RV.

This rig was perfect for our family trip to mammoth. Sleeping arrangements worked great for my wife and I along with three 6ft+ boys and our dog. Fully stocked and everything worked great and was in very good condition. Handles well on the road and easy to manage through gas stations (parking lots can still be a bit to navigate). Angel is very accommodating and has great communication. Thanks for an awesome trip and easy transaction. Even worked with me to return/replace when I accidentally kept a couple of blankets. There is an art to balancing battery life/generator/fridge(elec only, no lpg) if you are dry camping overnight, but that was our only concern. Enjoy this RV!! Get out of town!

Angel was great and flexible with us, we feared the reviews we saw before booking and I communicated with him about it. He was very helpful to explain. We had a great time and the RV worked well for us we were 8 adults (which can be a little tight for sleeping). I would recommend it.

As a first time RV renter, Angel made this process easy. He provided videos on how to do everything and responded to questions in a timely manner. Would definitely rent again! (:

Pickup spot of RV is advertised as El Segundo, but is actually a tight driveway of a small home, on a narrow residential street in Inglewood. DVD player advertised, but no dvd player. Water heater did not work. Awning light did not work. Very limited exterior storage compartment space.

Not communicative. Booked for 2 nights with my boyfriend an were given videos and instructions on how everything worked. We proceeded to try it ourselves once settled at our campsite but couldn’t get the microwave, AC, tv, or charger outlets to work. Angel was unresponsive so we had to call AAA for help. He showed us a broken piece of the generator or something like that but rigged it so it could be used. We tried to contact Angel again but he rudely told us just to watch the videos which obviously were no help for troubleshooting. He gaslighted us ignored our texts and basically ruined the entire trip becuase we bought a lot of groceries that could t be used,had to sleep In a hot RV,coulnt watch tv or charge our phones. We have extensive video proof of things not working following the exact steps from his video but instead of apologizing he simply argued with me saying itwas my fault it didn’t work. Be warned

Will NOT rent from Angel again!!! This RV is in a subpar and poor mechanical shape. The host ignored us and provided zero support. 1. There was a roof vent cover missing causing a completely soaked and unstable top bunk. All the sheets and blankets were soaked and unusable as well. 2. The water intake valves leaked so badly that we were not able to use the city water connection and had to fill the water tank consistently during our trip. This was quite an inconvenience since we intentionally picked a campsite with full hookups to avoid this to start with. 3. The heater didn't work and it was unbearable without heat on frigid nights at Big Bear. The worst was that the host insisted everything worked. He ghosted and stopped responding to our questions when we had trouble with the heater after the first night and provided him with videos of the non-working heater. He only magically reappeared on the day of return. 4. He did not inspect the RV before the rental and the RV was not properly cleaned. There was leftover underwear in one of the drawers. All of these issues were documented with photos & videos and provided to the host before he ghosted on us. After the trip, he only offered a one-day rental fee refund of $240 for all the inconvenience caused but of course, it never happened and no refund was received.

DO NOT RENT THIS RV!!!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED😡😡😡😡😡😡 I was looking forward to taking my family from out of town on a nice vacation. I needed the RV delivered, as time did not permit for me to pick it up. I was pleased when I discovered this RV that fit my needs including a delivery radius of 40 miles from the renters location and I was about 20 miles away. I completed my paperwork including the section for delivery and pickup coming to a total of $160. Three days prior to my RV delivery date I was contacted by the renter regarding pick up instructions. I explained that I had selected to have it delivered and paid the fees. He insisted on charging me an additional $160 plus $70-90 for his driver to return by Uber. I took this up with the office and they confirmed that the renter was incorrect and I had indeed already paid the delivery and pick up fee. However, the renter kept insisting he was making an exemption, but it would be at this cost since "I was so far away" despite what was listed in his description. I finally became tired of fighting with him and agreed to the charges. Two days prior to my delivery date he went radio silent. So I contacted the office again and they canceled my reservation and said they would help me locate a new RV. At this point I lost additional money as I had to cancel my previously booked RV sights unsure as to whether I would be able to take my family on this trip. As soon as the appointment was canceled the renter reached out to me regarding the cancellations. I explained that the office was the one who canceled since he was unresponsive. He insisted that we were good; he just had his driver quit and had to figure something out. NOT MY PROBLEM. I provided several good drop off times for myself, but they dropped it off at 10pm. It was dark and I couldn't do a walkthrough to properly learn how everything worked. I proceeded with my vacation thinking this was all behind me. Then two days before I was to return the renter contacted me with drop off details despite the fact I had already addressed them that according to the office I had already paid for delivery and pickup as listed in their description. I chose to prioritize my peace and my family, deciding I would sort it out once I arrived back home. This turned into an even larger issue than the delivery. First, they charged me extra AGAIN to pick up the RV. Second, he charged me for 7 extra gallons of gas at $7 per gallon just because I miswrote the return fuel amount (I have pictures proving the gas and mileage when it was delivered to me and also when I returned it). Third, there were multiple additional fees that I was not told about at time of booking. All this came to a total of an extra $431. It was such a sour way to end my vacation and after that ordeal I feel like I need another one. I don't want anyone else to experience what me and my family did. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS RV. THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU GIVING YOU DIFFERENT PRICES THAN WHAT IS LISTED.
