2021 Coachmen 270 QB ( 29 ft) 6-8 p. Class C

As a first time RV renter, Angel made this process easy. He provided videos on how to do everything and responded to questions in a timely manner. Would definitely rent again! (:

DO NOT RENT THIS RV!!!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED😡😡😡😡😡😡 I was looking forward to taking my family from out of town on a nice vacation. I needed the RV delivered, as time did not permit for me to pick it up. I was pleased when I discovered this RV that fit my needs including a delivery radius of 40 miles from the renters location and I was about 20 miles away. I completed my paperwork including the section for delivery and pickup coming to a total of $160. Three days prior to my RV delivery date I was contacted by the renter regarding pick up instructions. I explained that I had selected to have it delivered and paid the fees. He insisted on charging me an additional $160 plus $70-90 for his driver to return by Uber. I took this up with the office and they confirmed that the renter was incorrect and I had indeed already paid the delivery and pick up fee. However, the renter kept insisting he was making an exemption, but it would be at this cost since "I was so far away" despite what was listed in his description. I finally became tired of fighting with him and agreed to the charges. Two days prior to my delivery date he went radio silent. So I contacted the office again and they canceled my reservation and said they would help me locate a new RV. At this point I lost additional money as I had to cancel my previously booked RV sights unsure as to whether I would be able to take my family on this trip. As soon as the appointment was canceled the renter reached out to me regarding the cancellations. I explained that the office was the one who canceled since he was unresponsive. He insisted that we were good; he just had his driver quit and had to figure something out. NOT MY PROBLEM. I provided several good drop off times for myself, but they dropped it off at 10pm. It was dark and I couldn't do a walkthrough to properly learn how everything worked. I proceeded with my vacation thinking this was all behind me. Then two days before I was to return the renter contacted me with drop off details despite the fact I had already addressed them that according to the office I had already paid for delivery and pickup as listed in their description. I chose to prioritize my peace and my family, deciding I would sort it out once I arrived back home. This turned into an even larger issue than the delivery. First, they charged me extra AGAIN to pick up the RV. Second, he charged me for 7 extra gallons of gas at $7 per gallon just because I miswrote the return fuel amount (I have pictures proving the gas and mileage when it was delivered to me and also when I returned it). Third, there were multiple additional fees that I was not told about at time of booking. All this came to a total of an extra $431. It was such a sour way to end my vacation and after that ordeal I feel like I need another one. I don't want anyone else to experience what me and my family did. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS RV. THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU GIVING YOU DIFFERENT PRICES THAN WHAT IS LISTED.
