Great renter! Great communication

Great renters, would rent out to them again!

Communication was good and quick trailer was brought back no damage but dirty. When I brought it up to him he got rather upset and started accusing saying that the trailer was dirty when recieved. When it was swept mopped whipped and stacked before receiving it. Claimed the tank was emptied but was still more then half full.
