Even though they forgot to put chairs and sheets in , Jason brought them to us making our trip perfect. They were punctual and great communicators! All instructions were clear and he had QR codes for every aspect. There were no issues with the camper . We did a big loop from SLC, Bear Lake, Jackson, Yellowstone, and back to SLC. Perfect weather....but we did get to use everything from air condition, heat, stove, oven, generator, etc! There were no issues with anything. There is not a spare tire on this unit, I would recommend making sure they add this before you rent .

Katie P.août 2023Wonderful experience! RV was clean and stocked just as described. Our favorite thing about this RV was the separated spaces. The bunk space with the bathroom area can be closed off on both sides. Making it easier get more than one young child ready at the same time. Operations of the RV were easy to manage and if needed there QR codes to videos with instructions and are easy to follow. Even entertain an inquisitive kid.
