Even though the RV had a few hiccups during our trip, they were absolutely phenomenal in how they handled everything. They responded quickly, professionally, and made sure our every need was taken care! The RV itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and their support made all the difference. I really appreciated their dedication and would highly recommend renting from them. - Joni P.oct. 2024Livré par l’hôteRV was very spacious, clean and comfortable for the three of us staying in it. Matt arrived on time for set up and was very friendly. He took the time to explain how everything worked and to ensure the trailer was properly level. Unfortunately, on night two, in October, and near freezing outside temps, the heat stopped working. We desperately tried calling both Kristin and Matt all night and got no response. We stayed up all night using the gas stovetop to generate a small amount of heat but we obviously could not sleep. Matt phoned the next morning and apologized and tried to sort out the issue. They paid for us to fill both tanks ($30) but unfortunately no discount or consideration was given for the rv rental for the inconvenience and impact this had on our weekend. It was my sisters wedding and we had family in from Scotland so there were many events to attend. We had no sleep and no energy and had to miss events trying to drive around and find propane (not to mention the smell from the tanks in the car as they were leaking!!!) It was brutal. In addition, after the rental period, we then got a reminder from Matt that only one tank is included with a rental for next time we book?!?! Unfortunately and obviously, we will NEVER be booking this trailer again based on our experience… I would not recommend booking this one. You want owners who will answer the phone and help address problems right away to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

The camper was delivered and installed on time, no problems! The camper was just as advertised and everything was in perfect working condition! They communicate quickly and respond to concerns at the drop of a hat! They give you a detailed walk through before hand off so you know how everything works. I have allready booked the camper for next year!! If I could give them a 1 million star review it wouldn’t be enough!

We worked with Matthew who always responded immediately if we had any questions or inquiries as we entered this experience. I would rate them as excellent in making us feel comfortable with experience. The trailer was well equipped, easy to operate, and very clean. We would definitely rent with them again!
- Pat T.août 2025Livré par l’hôteThe host brought us a broken RV. Upon arrival, Matt told us that the previous occupants had broken the power cord and that a new cord will be arriving the next day. He said it would still work, but may come loose, and I'd have to fidget with it to get it to work. This was not the case at all. We lost power during the first night. The cord was not supplying power, or charging the battery. They arrived with a fully charged battery though. It seems evident that they knew this was the case, as they could not have charged the battery through the RV, and had to do it manually. When they arrived the next day with the new power cord, at around 530pm, while we were eating dinner with flashlights in the rv, it was the wrong power cord. They did have a new, fully charged battery, almost as if expecting this was going to be the case. We decided to leave and go back home after this. For the almost 1400 dollars it cost, RVezy only wants to refund us less than 600 dollars. They want us to pay over 800 dollars for one night spent in a broken RV. I have now opened a case with VISA to get a proper refund. What a wonderful vacation.
