SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
– 1 queen bed in bedroom with upgraded mattress, 1 bunk bed (each bed is comparable to a full mattress. The upper bunk's recommended weight capacity is 150 lbs), kitchen dinette converts into a bed for 1-2 ppl, convertible futon sleeper sofa for 1-2 ppl. Bedding will be provided for queen bedroom. Fitted sheets will be provided but must bring own pillows and blankets for other sleep areas.
LIVING AREA
- TV, DVD/CD player, Bluetooth AM/FM radio with inside and outside speakers
KITCHEN
- Double sink with high rise faucet, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, and oven. Stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee mugs, cooking utensils (spatula, tongs, serving spoons, knives, measuring cups/spoons, etc.); pots and pans, mixing bowls, Keurig single coffee maker, cleaning supplies, broom, hand and dish soap, sponge, paper towels.
BATHROOM
– Shower/tub, toilet, sink, power vent, RV flushable toilet paper
OUTSIDE
- 1 large outdoor mat, pass-through storage, power awning w with LED light strip, electrical outlet, mini outdoor kitchen equipped with a small outdoor grill, mini fridge and sink, portable BBQ

The host brought us a broken RV. Upon arrival, Matt told us that the previous occupants had broken the power cord and that a new cord will be arriving the next day. He said it would still work, but may come loose, and I'd have to fidget with it to get it to work. This was not the case at all. We lost power during the first night. The cord was not supplying power, or charging the battery. They arrived with a fully charged battery though. It seems evident that they knew this was the case, as they could not have charged the battery through the RV, and had to do it manually.
When they arrived the next day with the new power cord, at around 530pm, while we were eating dinner with flashlights in the rv, it was the wrong power cord.
They did have a new, fully charged battery, almost as if expecting this was going to be the case.
We decided to leave and go back home after this.
For the almost 1400 dollars it cost, RVezy only wants to refund us less than 600 dollars. They want us to pay over 800 dollars for one night spent in a broken RV.
I have now opened a case with VISA to get a proper refund.

Had a great experience renting from Matthew and Kristen! Even though the RV had a few hiccups during our trip, they were absolutely phenomenal in how they handled everything. They responded quickly, professionally, and made sure our every need was taken care! The RV itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and their support made all the difference. I really appreciated their dedication and would highly recommend renting from them. Thank you, Matthew and Kristen!
