Good: - overall trailer condition as host described, spacious to have 4 adults and 1 kid. - many accessories like camping chairs, bedding, and kitchen stuff provided by the host. Very convenient. Not so good: - weeks before departure we are assured the pick up date and time as 9am is fine, until the last 2 days before trip start, host told us they thought about the wrong date, and we can't pick up by 9am, exact time is unknown until the last renter returns. So we stand by the whole morning and we ended up got the trailer at 2.30pm and waited another hour for the host to get toilet paper and right hitch... We get on the road around 3.30pm.We did absolutely nothing on the day 1, cancelled all reservation in banff, driving through the mountains in the night (very much disappointed) and arrived at the camp ground around 9.30pm, 30 minutes before they closed for check in. Host did offer additional night if we want, but due to Dr appointment next day, we could not take it. Other than that, nothing else was offer to compensate. If we knew ahead of time, the trip would be planned so differently. - since the pick up time is so late then we expected, everything feel rushed through, we never told how to use or things to be aware of about the stove. Once we turn on the stove, the glass top blow up. Host shows the picture of a yellow sticker about remove top piece, but sincerely I cannot recall see that sticker, it might be there when they first got it, but I didn't see any, and not in the after broken picture. Regardless, I wish I am been told during the walk through. Luckily nobody got hurt. - since the host didn't have enough time to clean between 2 rentals, the trailer was covered by dust, literally everywhere, anywhere you can lay fingers on. The start of trip was nothing but disappointment, but we thankful we arrived safely and rest of the trip was great.

We absolutely loved our time spent with this trailer. It came full stocked with everything that you needed. The space was perfect for us and our 2 kids, the especially like the bunks. Having WiFi in the trailer was a huge bonus. We would 100% recommend renting from Dusti! The pick up and drop off was easy and quick. Dusti showed us how everything worked, and where things were. We managed lock ourselves out of the trailer, and Dusti was quick to respond and give us the passcode for the automatic lock on the door. Thank you for a great renal experience!
