James streamlined this experience as easy and smooth as possible. We bought an add-on for dumping all tanks and refilling fuel--i think this was worth paying extra $35 for not having to deal with gross stuff. From what I hear, you still have to pay $15-25 to dump the tanks ourselves. Any struggle we've encountered on the camping trip was partly due to our lack of experience with RV and camping in general. I also want to point out that James didn't nickel and dime on the use of generator/water/mileage/propane gas. He filled all of them up prior to the trip and we used as much as we wanted.

We had an unforeseen family emergency that was going to take me out of town. I was able to adjust my schedule in the end and can honor this rental with a discount of course for the inconvenience.
