Eliza and Sam were very helpful, as first time renters, they provided us with a trailer, generator and support. They gave us a complete tour of the trailer, and showed us how everything worked. When we did have questions, they were just a phone call away. The experience was fast, easy and well worth it. Eliza provided me with all I needed to know and made the renting so smooth. I would definitely rent again.

Excellent experience with this couple. Communication was absolutely top notch and very easy. When we picked up the unit there were a few hiccups with the jack (completely out of their control) but they were very responsive to the situation and quickly made it right with us. High integrity folks and great to work with. They had the unit all ready for us and stocked with basic essentials.
