This is a brand new 2022 Ameri-lite 197BH (Bunkhouse). This beauty is ready to help your family make wonderful memories and can be towed with an SUV since she weighs 3,663 lbs unloaded and 5,000 lbs loaded to the max! We tow this camper with our Honda Pilot! We love that she has bunk beds, each a full size. Two kids could fit on each bed with room to spare. She also has a murphy bed couch that turns into a comfortable queen bed. The dinette table and benches turn into another full size bed. The shower/tub combo bathroom is great for washing your little ones. The exterior has storage and a power awning with light. Please do not extend awning in windy weather. Please be sure to double check there is clearance to open the awning- these can break fairly easily in windy weather. Kitchen has a 2 burner stove, kitchen sink, microwave and refrigerator. ****Can add generator to reservation for boon docking, dry camping or campsites without hook ups*** We are constantly trying to improve your experience and will be adding new things on a regular basis. No Pets allowed. Owner reserves the right to use Security Deposit for any damages. No Burning Man rentals. Linens not offered at this time. Ball Hitch can be provided for small fee. Trailer must be returned as clean as it was at pick up, with Propane tanks refilled, and Black/Gray tanks emptied. If you are too partied out from all the memories you just created from your trip, you can pay a little extra and we will take care of it for you.
