These were great renters. Took great care of the trailer and will definitely rent to them again

Poor communication. Did not answer messages/texts. Did not reach out with concerns about battery charging (brand new battery, owner was very clear to please reach out with questions/concerns), used the RV for the whole week, then asked for a full refund after it was returned.
