We didn’t know what to expect and were total newbies that Jeffrey walked through everything and his communication was truly on point to answered all of my questions ahead of times. When we arrived, the trailer was clean and he set it up in no time. I would definitely book again with him as this was such an easy experience for our family. Who wants the fun of camping without the set up

Gary V.oct. 2026Livré par l’hôteJeff delivered trailer promptly on a Friday afternoon. Our experience went downhill after that. He didn't bother to make the trailer level. Just eyeballed it. it was not level. Our 'walkthru' was more of a rushthru. when he opened the trailer the first thing we see is the dinette table leaning over on a 30' angle. Not useable at all. No apology from our host. Jeff couldn't leave fast enough. We have camped in a popup trailer for many years so we had a general understanding. Once we started moving our food and belongings into the trailer did we start noticing a host of concerns. Trailer was not 'clean'. Looked like a quick sweep. some plates and cups were dirty. This trailer has had water damage. Not a great repair job either The step in/out is not safe. The fit and finish inside is poor quality. The pictures on the website are misleading vs what the trailer actually looks like. We had this delivered to our site for a Thanksgiving weekend so we were relying on getting what we were expecting.
