Would fit Approx 3 adults Comfortably! *(2 on queen bed, 1 on dinette)* Dinette Bed can fit 1 adult OR 2 small kids. *♡with 2 small bunks available Suitable for small kids fold up lawn Chairs Included Queen Mattress is Luxurioud 12" Memory Foam and is medium firm. Bunks and dinette are camp matresess. Thin foam in a protective cover. Queen bed and pillows all have protective water Proof/ Bug proof covers. sheets/ Blankets and pillows cases For Queen bed and pillows 《Cleaned or New each booking》 Tub and shower Avail for use. Hot water, Heat A/C all for use. Microwave and two burner propane stove available for use. On board propane furnace Some dishes, plates, cups, bowls and pots and pans and Cutlery included. You can use water in the trailer for dishes baths and showers this is gray water there's no additional charge for this BUT if you use the potty to go to the bathroom it will have to be emptied at the campgrounds this is the black water tank if it's not emptied at the campground there will be additional charges for me to take it to a sewage dump site.. If you're having the RV delivered and picked up at the campsite and you don't want to worry about emptying / or you cannot empty these tanks Yourself you can pay the additional charge up front and I will take care of it. The table top will lift off of the posts the post will come out of the sockets in the floor and lay down on the floor the table top can be placed between the two benches and the extra cushions from the backing can be laid across to make a large size single bed that's probably comfortable for one adult two teens or two children. You will need to turn on the electric OR Propane hot water tank ahead of time to get hot water if you are plugged into the electrical at the campsite about an hour ahead of time and we'll need to turn on the water pump to continuously run water for dishes Baths or showers. If there's running water on the campsite it can be connected to the trailer through the connection and have continuous running water. If there's no water on site the fresh water tanks on the camper we will be pre-filled for you before your pickup or delivery is made so there will always be clean fresh water available. If there's no electrical available at the campsite there is a battery attached to the camper that will give you limited electrical basically just lights or enough power to run the water pump for dishes baths or showers Without electrical power the stove refrigerator and hot water tank can all run by switching them over to LP or propane power. With limited electrical power as in 120 volt household plug possibly from a converter built into your truck or SUV or an outdoor plug at a house Etc there is a short black and green adapter cord available in the storage area this will allow you to connect a normal 120 volt extension cord which is also provided in the storage area. 120 volt household plug is enough to supply electricity for the fridge the microwave all the lights Etc but if you want to run the air conditioner it will only run the AC on the lowest cooling setting and running other electrical things like too many lights or the water pump Etc will likely blow the breaker to the panel or house where you are located. In order to freely operate all electrical appliances and lights Etc you need a minimum of 30 amp or the big cord plugged in. The stove only runs on propane The refrigerator needs to be set to LP mode the buttons around the front of the fridge in between the doors The propane water heater has a switch near the door of the camper. Seperate for the electrical hot water tank is also located in the same spot. THE AWNING HAS TO BE CLOSED DURING TRAVEL, MOVING TRAILER AT ANY TIME, OR DURING STRONG WINDS OR STORMS.
