⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience renting this RV for our 5-day trip. This was my first time ever driving and using an RV, and the owner made the whole experience very easy and comfortable from the beginning. At pickup, he explained everything clearly and patiently answered all of my questions about the RV. What I appreciated most was how responsive and helpful he was throughout the entire trip. Whenever I had a question or wasn’t sure about something, even at night, I could text him and he would respond and guide me on what to do. As a first-time RV driver, having that kind of support gave me a lot of confidence during the trip. He was friendly, patient, helpful, and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. The RV served us very well throughout our trip, and everything went smoothly from pickup to return. We returned it after refilling the gas and propane, cleaning everything, and completing the departure inspection. Overall, it was a great first RV experience and a memorable trip. I would definitely recommend renting from him and would happily rent from him again in the future. Thank you for all the help and support throughout our trip!

We rented Sam’s Jayco motorhome for a nine day trip across British Columbia. He took the time to show us all the features of the motorhome and made sure that we had everything we needed for our trip. Communication before our trip was stellar. He went out of his way to save us money by meeting us halfway from the hotel to pick up the Jayco. We took out on day one and drove from Calgary to Canal Flats, BC, which is a four hour drive. When we arrived at the campsite we got everything hooked up and discovered that there was no water pressure coming in from the outside water connection. The next morning we contacted Sam and explained the water situation. He took the time to walk us through everything to ensure that we hadn’t missed a detail somewhere. After a couple of minutes of troubleshooting, he determined that a valve on the motorhome had failed and would need to be replaced. He told us to wait a couple of minutes so he could do some research, and he would call us back. After a few minutes he called us to let us know he was on his way to our campsite from Calgary with a replacement part. Four hours later he arrived and replaced the faulty valve, getting us back up and running! That was an eight hour trip to drive from Calgary to our campsite, then back to Calgary! I cannot say enough about Sam and his dedication to making things right. We’re considering making a second trip to BC with our kids next summer, and we’re definitely looking to rent from him again. Overall we had a wonderful trip. Don’t hesitate to rent from Sam. He’ll take care of you. Sam, thank you so much for the use of your motorhome. It was an adventure we’ll fondly remember for a very long time. :-)

We really enjoyed our time in this motorhome. It was our first time, and the kids loved it. We loved it. Everything was as advertised, and I would definitely rent it again if we need an RV.
