We had a cool and rainy four nights in August but enjoyed time with friends and family in a lovely group campground (no services). The owner is friendly and communicates well. The unit was delivered on time but pickup was delayed. A fully serviced campground might be a better destination for this unit. This unit is showing its age and could use upgrades and organizing. We had issues with the batteries which caused problems with the furnace. With the large slide there is lots of room to move around which was appreciated. There are a lot of storage possibilities. The description on the RVezy website says NO HOT WATER even though it still includes the icons for Outside Shower and Inside Shower (cold showers maybe?). We didn't realize this until a week before we took delivery - this was inconvenient and would be a deal-breaker but we take responsiblity for missing it. Our recommendation for all RV owners is to provide a personalized user manual for their unit.

Nice trailer, we had good time away from the city. Communication have been easy and fast through all the process. We'll definitely book again!

It was our first experience with travel trailers. Customer service was great. Ben was willing to show us the trailer a day before pick up date and walked through. We stayed in touch during our trip and Ben answered any questions we could have. The trailer itself was very clean. Everything was in good working condition. Trailer is roomy, warm and nice to be in. We would definitely rent it again.

The trailer is a bit old but it is spacious and have a lot of storage space. Ben is very nice and accommodating.
