The couple Tori/Matt is so patient finding some lapses in our inspection as a first renter this year. The leak from the front roof 2 years ago re-occured again. That they have to vacate the master bedroom in the second night. It's our lapses that we didn't simulate a raindrops and possible leakage during or after the storage this year. So, we agreed a 50%+ refund for the lost time and inconvenience they experienced. They paid 600 plus with the insurance and service fee but I refunded them 350 as requested by renter while my payout is only 266. I noticed though that Rvezy is asking 157.80 as service fee from renter while I was also charged as service fee of 141.10 that turned out to be 34 percent. While renter is charged of 38.3% [157.80/411.93]. Yet I agree to refund them 350 bigger than my 266 payout. Just saying. The rvezy platform must check into this. Otherwise they are more expensive than Airbnb, Arbor, Uber and other service platform.
