Great pick up experience with tons of communication and flexibility to ensure we were all on the same page. Trailer was very clean,functioned well for our family. Needed to use the heat at night due to really cold temps and it worked effectively and quickly. Very easy trailer to pull and park. Would recommend to anyone and would rent again!

Trailer was set up and delivered. Trailer suited all of our needs.

We rented the trailer for 3 nights as a family of 4. The first and third nights were fine but the trailer does not keep water out so when it rained the second night we were left with a soaked queen bed and had to squeeze into the bunk beds with our 2 kids. We messaged the host right away but didn’t hear back for 2 days and they didn’t really seem concerned with the issue. If you are planning on travelling on dry days then there’s no issues with this trailer. Inside space is clean and functional

DO NOT RENT THIS TRAILER! This trailer leaked very badly in 2 places on the main bed. I asked the owner beforehand — a recent review flagged the same leak — and was told it was fixed. It wasn't, and the damage behind it is bad enough that I'd have serious reservations believing her if she claims it's fixed. Additionally, the mattresses are simply thin pieces of foam, especially on the bunk beds, so you are basically sleeping on plywood. The stereo does not work and many of the attachments are broken or missing (ie the curtains and rods in the bunk area). We had to leave early due to this and abandon the trip. The owner refunded the rental fee but still charged the $644 delivery fee. RVezy's policy calls for a pro-rated refund (total cost) on failed trips — not honoured, even after I offered to cover 1 of our 3 nights.

Very disappointing rental experience. Please do not ignore 1-star reviews, especially when they are recent. That's what I did, and I learned my lesson. The RV delivery was agreed for 2:00 PM, but it did not arrive until approximately 6:00 PM — a 4-hour delay that significantly affected our first day and our plans. We also paid for a water fill and septic dump service, but the RV arrived without water, meaning a service we specifically paid for was not properly provided. Add to that a full blackwater tank to keep things interesting. Bathtub was dirty, lavatory was full of hairs, pipe under lavatory was leaking. The $70 preparation fee was mandatory but delivering the RV clean is not. Once I raised these issues and demanded a partial refund, the host then added a $170~ additional charge to my account concerning alleged odors in the RV due to us cooking. We cooked bacon and eggs for a couple and a toddler with the windows open; we did not cook up a storm for a party. To air it out for a few hours would suffice, but the host felt it was necessary to buy cleaning supplies and charge that to us, plus their time driving. Overall, the combination of the late delivery, paid services not being provided as agreed, and what appeared to be retaliatory charges once I raised a complaint made the rental experience frustrating and disappointing. For the amount paid, the RV should have been delivered on time, properly prepared, and ready to use with the services that were included and paid for. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would recommend that future renters carefully consider these issues before booking.

On our 6 hour drive to pick up the trailer we were told the roof leaked and they would supply a tarp to cover the roof. Now I don’t know how they expected my 73 year old husband to climb up and put a tarp on. Picked up the trailer from a man that told us the leak was fixed. The trailer was filthy inside. The sink looked like someone spit in it, the fridge had dead flies, the bathroom sink had hairs in it, the bathtub had mud in it and the toilet had urine on the seat. After cleaning for an hour we went to bed only to have the roof leaked and the a/c to leak water from it. So if you were to ask me would I recommend this trailer and host, again, not a chance in hell.
