We had the camper delivered and set up, and he was there to welcome us and explain the functions of the RV. The camper was spotlessly clean and with a very practical layout. The queen bed was so delightfully comfortable that I find myself wanting a new bed! We had a little mishap, which Frederick handled with grace and efficiency. A great experience!
