À propos de Jing

The RV looks just like the pictures. The bunk beds aren’t very thick but I suppose for children it works. The owner was very responsive to my questions as I had many. They set everything up for us when we arrived and the drop off was done quickly. This unit has a smaller water tank so you do have to be mindful of your water usage.

Unit was as described, host was great to deal with. Not a lot of extras in this unit (toaster, cutlery etc) but this is consistent with the description. Thank you

I couldn’t be more grateful to Jing Ma for such a great experience renting the RV. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent—always prompt, clear, honest, and helpful with everything we needed to know. We had an amazing time! The RV was in excellent condition, very well maintained, and incredibly clean. Everything was exactly as described, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Jing Ma was also very attentive and always available by phone whenever we had a question or needed any help. You can really tell that she cares about providing a great experience for her guests. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Jing Ma, for everything!

Excellent communication. Very prompt. Very helpful.

Jing was very helpful for delivering, setting up and removing trailer. The trailer was in good condition. We enjoyed our camping well. Thanks Jing for your hospitality.

We had the best weekend and it was all because of our stay in Jing’s camper. Jing always got back to me if I had a question and showing to our camper being set up and ready to roll was awesome. 10/10 recommend!

Jing was very courteous, kind, accommodating, prompt in her responses and very easy to deal with. The trailer was in good shape and easy to tow. Highly recommended!

Jing was a great Host, very accommodating and everything worked in the trailer. Good pickup and return times, even helped with the hookup. Would definitely rent from Jing again

We had a wonderful experience renting this trailer from Jing! She delivered the trailer right to our campsite in Banff, set it up for us, and picked it up again at the end of our stay. We drove all the way from Southern Ontario to Banff, so having the trailer delivered and set up for us was a huge bonus. It made the whole process so much easier and allowed us to focus on enjoying our trip instead of worrying about towing and setting everything up after such a long drive. The trailer made our first camping experience in the mountains so much more memorable. Jing was also quick to answer any questions we had and was great to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely recommend renting this trailer from Jing and would happily rent from her again!

Great trailer. Everything as described and pictured. Good working order! Awesome communication as well. Thanks so much!

It's good size with 2 adults, 1 kids and 2 dogs. It was first time for us to use the trailer and it was good experiences.

Jing was a great host. She answered all my inquiries promptly. I would definitely consider renting her unit again if the need arises.

The trailer was a cute comfortable place to sleep and was clean! Jing’s communication was second to none which we were really thankful for as we experienced a few issues, but Jing was keen to fix them. On another note the AC will only work if on a site with connections, even if you pay for a generator it will not run (sadly we found out the hard way). Hosts were fantastic all the way through!

Great experience renting from Jing, seamless pick up and drop off.

Good communication, well accommodating

Great host. We had an awesome time in Waterton

Had a great time with the family. Had the trailer for 6 days at an unserviced site without hook ups and it worked great. Thanks.

Great trailer for a weekend away. First time booking through RVezy so learned a lot for next time. Having it dropped off and picked up was a great option Jing was very responsive throughout the process

Jing was very helpful getting me setup for my first experience hauling a trailer! The trailer itself was excellent, having great AC for the hot days we were camping too. Note that its not a stocked trailer - so make sure to bring everything you need for the weekend. I'd highly recommend using this service with Jing again.

Very quick to respond to questions, and very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Camper is in full working condition. Things I liked: automatic ignition for heater, fridge so there is nothing to light. Pump is quiet. Easy to tow. Has fridge, AC, 2 burner gas stove. 2 bunks, twin size bed and table turns into bed for 2 also on the slide out. Very clean.

Beware: there is nothing in this trailer! Not even a garbage can or broom. To our surprise we pull in to a RV park for the night and think we can cook dinner and completely empty. If I am renting an RV I would expect essentials, if I have to pack everything I might as well save $1000 and take a tent! The bed was like sleeping on plywood. All the blinds did not work, stained floors. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.

Jing is easy to communicate fast response the RV we rented is clean and suit our family needed for sure will rent it again soon

Jing and her husband we're an absolute delight to deal with! Camper was in perfect working order, pick up and drop off was a breeze, and they went above and beyond when I had an issue with the electrical on my truck. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable RV to stay in. Drove nicely and the water/electricity lasted for 4 days in a remote location.

Great to deal with, and fantastic communication. Will definitely rent from Jing again!

It was good rental by good hosts. Thanks

The trailer was very clean very easy to use. Self-sufficient batteries lasted the entire trip. We absolutely loved it. We will be renting the same trailer again in a few weeks.

Jing is a lovely host! She also communicated really well and very quickly whenever we needed her. We were really happy with the RV for our first time trying this method. Thank you!

Clean and nice trailer. Everything worked.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The RV was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The owner was excellent with communication, very helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. We had a great experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended! 🚐😊

We had excellent experience renting from Jing.from the beginning, communication was clear friendly & professional. Jing was very responsive, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process.

Highly recommended to experience this trailer over to the mountain, very light to tow. Especially the host they both amazing and so kind.

What a fantastic experience! Honest, straightforward, extremely fast, communication and friendly. Thank you very much for the awesome experience!

Excellent and trusting Host! Thank you!

Everything was great! Communication with the owner was super smooth, and the RV looked exactly like the pictures. The owner replied to my questions really quickly. The RV was very comfortable and made our trip so enjoyable. We had such a happy and relaxing journey!

Great and communicative host, and a well kept and fully functional trailer. Definately recommended.

Communication and timeliness was great!

Good trailer, convenient and as described.

Booked trailer short notice and worked out wonderfully. Was the first time we rented a trailer as we have our own but didn’t have ours at the time. The hosts were super accommodating. The trailer was clean, water was full and the extras we needed were not a problem. Pickup was easy. Drop off was even easier. I would recommend renting this trailer but keep in mind, you need to bring everything. Would rent again from Jing.

Jing was very helpful and accommodating. The trailer was easy to use!

Wonderful experience !!!

Our experience with Jing was very good, they are flexible with pickup/drop of time which worked out very well for us!
