I rented this trailer for my parents, and he made the entire process easy with excellent communication and organization. The trailer was even better than expected based on the listing and was perfect for our family camping trip. Delivery and pickup were exactly as promised and right on time. Communication was excellent throughout the entire rental. Although the ad states the trailer is in Sylvan Lake, the delivery actually comes from Calgary, which affected timing and logistics. The driver showed up late for both drop-off and pick-up and failed to communicate properly throughout the process. Upon arrival, the trailer had no water, and I was asked to fill it myself. The AC also did not work, and there were other maintenance concerns. I strongly recommend doing a full walk-through before accepting the trailer to avoid being blamed for pre-existing damage to appliances or other issues. When I asked for a partial refund due to the lack of water despite paying a sewage fee, I was met with hostility and threats, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, poor communication and customer service made this a frustrating experience. Please be aware and ask all the right questions before committing.
