Although the ad states the trailer is in Sylvan Lake, the delivery actually comes from Calgary, which affected timing and logistics. The driver showed up late for both drop-off and pick-up and failed to communicate properly throughout the process. Upon arrival, the trailer had no water, and I was asked to fill it myself. The AC also did not work, and there were other maintenance concerns. I strongly recommend doing a full walk-through before accepting the trailer to avoid being blamed for pre-existing damage to appliances or other issues. When I asked for a partial refund due to the lack of water despite paying a sewage fee, I was met with hostility and threats, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, poor communication and customer service made this a frustrating experience. Please be aware and ask all the right questions before committing.
