They delivered it on-site, fully set it up for our arrival, including setting up chairs, bbq, games, hammock, etc. The trailer was thoughtfully stocked, exceptionally clean and well cared for. They gave us a full walk through and were very thorough! Communication was excellent and they were very gracious with us being a bit late for the arrival time. They even prepared a well stocked welcome basket and note. They really do provide some extra special touches! I would highly recommend them and their trailer! John and Rebeca were wonderful hosts. Before we took off, they took the time to explain everything about the RV clearly, making sure we felt confident operating all its features.Their customer service was excellent from start to finish—super friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. They went above and beyond by providing so many games, activities, and extra items for us to enjoy at the campsite, which made our stay even more fun and memorable. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, making the whole experience stress-free and comfortable. You can really tell they care about their guests and want everyone to have a great time. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely rent from them again.
