He is incredibly hospitable, kind, and flexible, which made the entire pickup and drop-off process a breeze. The RV itself is fantastic—it is completely brand new, exceptionally comfortable. Everything was spotless and perfectly set up for our trip. We are seasoned RVs and generally find the beds are like sleeping on cardboard.
