First time rveasy user. Tatiana made the experience easy by responding quickly when I messaged. Everything was perfect and just what we needed for our short weekend getaway!
Arrived at the campsite, and was completely amazed at the setup. Griddle, two burner camper stove, two portable tables with table tops, cooking accessories, plastic ware, coffee pot (with coffee), two chairs and table by the campfire. Absolutely amazing! All my family members staying at the campsite were just as amazed and commented on the setup. Michele & Will completely knocked it out of the ballpark. It was in even the smallest of details. Campfire color packets, marshmallow toasting forks, and table top candles. That was just on the outside.
Inside the camper was clean & spacious. Beds were ready to sleep on. 100% percent setup inside and out.
They even coordinated with the campground to set everything up the day prior to my arrival!
Michele walked me through the camper and explained everything in detail. She mentioned more than once to contact her if I had any questions.
We had initially communicated a year ago just after the booking, and kept in communication right up to the initial walk through at the campsite.
Don't know what more to say other than my experience with Michell and this rental far exceeded my expectations. Family members were "WOW'ed" just as much!
Tyler got right back to me when booking the rv, he went above and beyond to deliver it and set up, we had a wonderful family vacation in a beautiful rv, highly recommend
