This motorhome at current rate of $350/night is a delivery and setup by owner only. Delivery charge will depend on distance to actual destination from owners business location. The unit will include basic cooking utensils, a pot, a pan, tea kettle, silverware, paper-towels, 4 plates & bowls, 4 cups & mugs, dish soap, bathroom tissues, hand-soap, toaster oven, cutting boards, knifes, can opener, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, trash cans, broom/dust pan. 4 camping chairs, an outside rug. Water hose, water filter, pressure regulator, tank dumping hoses. 22" Blackstone table-top griddle with is own stand. Ultimately, this unit will come with everything you need to enjoy a care-free RV'ing experience. We will provide all details upon request. This unit is offered by A5Z RV rentals We take pride in providing you with a stress free experience and will give you a full walk through of the unit upon pickup or delivery. Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, and leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us. Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke. Just a reminder, pets are not allowed in this unit. We are pet lovers, but next guest may not be. Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.
