Extensive experience driving large rigs or CDL license is required. Driving this motorhome is not intuitive, and we reserve the right to deny renter to drive this vehicle. Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, and leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us. Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke. Just a reminder, pets are not allowed in this unit. We are pet lovers, but next guest may not be. Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $150 surcharge will be applied.
