What a wonderful time. We are first time campers. This experience was great. Rebeca was so accommodating. She answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. I would definitely rent from her again and recommend her trailer to my family and friends. The RV was comfortable and just the right size for my wife myself. Everything worked perfectly.

From start to finish, Lee made sure everything was in line for our vacation. Nothing was missed. Questions we had during our trip were responded to immediately, which made our experience even better!

Where do I start? After meeting Matt & listening to his explanations, I knew we had made the right decision. He throughly explained the features of the RV, and even hooked the rig up to my truck! Inside, everything was as advertised; linens, dishes, seasonings, you name it. I was even treated with some special Kcups. During our trip, Matt was available & we were able to communicate. On the return, Nate was there to bail me out. I cannot recommend the Portzen trailer experience enough, and trust that you too, will make truly incredible memories.

Rv was exactly as advertised if not better. Incredibly clean, ran smooth, and was very comfortable. Scott was a great communicator. He reviewed the specs before takeoff and even accepted an evening call to explain where the pumps were located as I set up camp. Would recommend renting from him without any reservations. As a single mom traveling with my son and daughter home from college for the summer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Mi Kasita. From the very beginning, Alberto and his lovely wife went above and beyond to make our trip to Ginnie Springs smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Alberto personally delivered the RV, set everything up for us, and made sure we were fully comfortable before heading out. His kindness, professionalism, and respect truly stood out. It felt like we were being welcomed by family. The RV itself was immaculate! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly very well-maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and we instantly felt at home. If you’re looking for a seamless, worry-free RV getaway, look no further. Mi Kasita is perfection on wheels, and the service Alberto provides is truly top-notch. We had a great time at Ginnie Springs! Honestly the only thing missing were a couple chairs and an outdoor mat. Thankfully there was a dollar general close by! Everything was clean and organized. Bed was super comfortable.

First-time RV renter, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Host was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. The RV was very clean and set-up included all the necessities for an enjoyable camping experience. The table, chairs, and outdoor rug and lamps were a plus! The only con would be that the bunk beds were cramped and small to be able to move around comfortably, but we made it work the best we could. We were even able to bring our labradoodle along for his first camping experience. Can't wait for the next adventure!
