Both Skip and Darlene were extremely accommodating and very open. They went through what we needed to know and how to do it. They gave us contact information in case we needed to get a hold of them on our camping trip. When we were done and wanted to return the RV to them they accommodated us on the time to return. Great to deal with and very friendly. We would rent from them in a heartbeat.
