This twin slide Motorhome is perfect for a family of 6 enjoying a vacation bringing everyone back together again, or even a single person wanting a break from the everyday. A great and uncommon feature of this unit is that the Bathroom, and Kitchen are fully usable as you go down the road. No cupboards or walkways blocked off with the slideouts in. Fire up the generator and have your passenger grab you a cup of coffee on the road! There are a total of 6 seatbelts. After a long day on the road the back up camera, with sound makes backing into that sweet little camp site super easy. Nervous about setting up the awning? Or maybe dumping the septic tanks? With this rental we have included a Samsung tablet that has short video's of this actual MotorHome going thru all of the tasks that need attention. Play, Pause, Rewind. Very easy, and great peace of mind! *New to 2022 is the addition of an automatic awning, and easy clean vinyl plank flooring throughout RV except the bedroom area.* The master bed is a true full size Queen with lots of storage underneath, and rests on the 1st slide out. The bathroom features a tall stand up shower, a real porcelain toilet (that even has a padded headrest over top), and a floorplan with lots of room to move around. The Dinette and fridge rest on the 2nd slide out. The table converts to a twin bed. There is a removable table in front of the convert-able couch for comfortable dining for 2. The couch is a (short) single bed. Overhead the top bunk easily converts to another Queen using Fleetwoods insta-bed. If you've ever struggled with making a bunk bed you will know how nice this feature is! The flat screen TV has an antennae, and plays DVD's thru the main dash CD/Radio/DVD player. There is an outdoor shower, a large awning, and plenty of outdoor storage. Power entry steps, and Maxx flow air fan in the kitchen. There is also a filter and separate tap for drinking water in the kitchen. I have converted the interior lights to LED for greatly improved battery life. We have included everything you and your family need to get underway ....from bedding, shampoo & soaps, cutlery, spices, an axe, fire pit popcorn maker, hot dog forks, cooler, lawn chairs, BBQ, GPS, and a vacuum. Comes with an electric toaster, coffee maker, single cup Keurig, and tea kettle. The blinds are either sheer for privacy, or full block out. We have a bike rack available, or a hitch mount storage rack as well. The generator is brand new as are the batteries, and tires. The generator can be started from the drivers seat, from the kitchen, or at the generator itself. If the battery on the engine should be drained the generator can be used in emergencies to get you going! If for some reason you require even more power we have a 2800 Watt Yamaha genny available. This is Very easy to drive, and with all the gitty up and go you'd ever need with the Ford Triton V-10! My wife didn't like driving my 1 ton F-350 truck as it was too 'cumbersome'. She has no issues driving this beast however. We are okay with small pets, but ask that smoking be done outside. If pets are to be left unattended we require that they be left in a crate. When you pick it up the Propane, and Fuel will be full. The Black & The Grey will be empty & the unit will be clean. Short on time, and don't have time to clean or attend to the tanks? No problem. We will take care of it for you (for an additional fee of course!) *We also ask that nothing be towed.* We may be able to accommodate Calgary or Edmonton Airport pick up and drop off at additional fee's and schedule dependent. Further we can fully stock it with all the food and refreshments you want, again for additional fee's. Just send us your shopping list. Snowbirds? You Betcha!! Drive it down to Arizona, break out the golf clubs and enjoy the fruits of your labor. And be sure to call your friends and family to listen to them complain about how cold it is back in Canada!
