Quick responses, nice trailer, overall good experience. When arriving found the trailer unlevel enough my daughters had a hard time walking around inside. Was told the ground is un level where we were staying, but i know that if the grounds un level the trailer should be set on blocks and wheels locked to make it level. The ac dropped right in front of the awning and the door due to it being so un level as well. The outdoor burners were not hooked up for the outdoor kitchen. Great space inside, very clean and everything worked. the stability was also rocky due to the fact two of the stabilizer arms on one side were both broken. 4/5 as the issues i had should be easily fixable and could of made it a 5/5
