| Road restrictions | Fundy Trail Parkway is a steep, winding two-lane scenic road with sharp curves; drive in low gear and use pullouts for oversized RVs. |
| Max RV length | No length limit on the parkway itself, but trailhead lots vary; larger rigs should use the main Interpretive Centre and Long Beach lots. |
| Full hookups | No serviced RV campground inside the park; serviced sites are available at private campgrounds near St. Martins and at nearby Fundy National Park. |
| Dump station | No dump station on the parkway; use facilities in St. Martins or at Fundy National Park. |
| Cell service | Spotty along much of the parkway and in river valleys; reliable service returns near St. Martins. |

| Generator hours | No overnight RV camping inside the parkway boundary; follow host-campground quiet-hour rules when staying nearby. |
Late June through early September offers the warmest weather, the longest parkway operating hours, and the most reliable access to trails, beaches, and interpretive services. July and August bring peak visitation, so midweek arrivals are easier for larger RVs. Shoulder months of mid-May to mid-June and September to mid-October feature fewer crowds, cooler temperatures, and spectacular fall colour, though fog is common along the coast. The parkway typically closes for the winter season once snow arrives.

The Fundy Trail Parkway is the park's signature experience, a roughly 30-kilometre coastal road with more than 20 scenic lookouts over the Bay of Fundy. RV drivers can stop at pullouts for views of sea cliffs, beaches, and river mouths.
The Big Salmon River suspension footbridge is a pedestrian bridge over a tidal river valley at a key stop on the parkway. The Interpretive Centre nearby has parking, washrooms, and a snack bar, and serves as a trailhead for several short walks.
Walton Glen Gorge is a dramatic canyon often called the Grand Canyon of New Brunswick, with a viewing platform reached by a short hike from a parkway parking area. Expect steep stairs and railings near the edge.
Long Beach is a wide cobble and sand beach at the eastern end of the parkway, accessible by stairs from a large clifftop parking lot. The beach is a popular spot for tide pooling at low tide and for photography.
Fuller Falls is a coastal waterfall reached by a short staircase trail from a parkway pullout. The viewing area provides a good vantage on the cascade as it drops toward the shore.
The Fundy Footpath is a rugged multi-day backcountry trail running along the coast between Big Salmon River and Fundy National Park. It is suited to experienced backpackers and requires tide charts, permits, and careful planning.
Sea Caves and Flowerpot Rocks near the parkway's western entrance at St. Martins can be explored on foot at low tide. A nearby parking area accommodates larger vehicles and makes a convenient start or end to the parkway drive.
Melvin Beach and Pangburn Beach are quieter parkway beaches reached by steep staircases from clifftop parking. The descents are strenuous on the return, but the coves offer solitude and excellent tide-watching.
We had a great experience with this camper. It was exactly what we were looking for and had more than we could ask for. Tracey was a fantastic host, everything was laid out perfectly and made very easy for us. I would rent this trailer again in a heartbeat!

Fundy Trail Provincial Park, NB, Canada
The western gateway near St. Martins is roughly a 45-minute drive (about 45 km) east of Saint John via Route 1 and Route 111, and about 1 hour 45 minutes (150 km) from Moncton. Saint John Airport (YSJ) is the closest option for fly-and-rent trips, with Moncton (YQM) and Halifax (YHZ) as larger alternatives. RV drivers should expect winding two-lane roads, rolling hills, and steep grades once on the Fundy Trail Parkway itself, with sharp curves and coastal switchbacks that demand low-gear descents. Coastal fog can reduce visibility, so plan daytime driving and confirm parkway operating season before arrival.
