Was the first rental of the season so do not expect perfection, but the camper was not fully prepared for the trip before pick up. We had to flush the hot water system of all antifreeze when we arrived at our site. He communicated efficiently with us to set everything up quickly, and was helpful and friendly. RV was clean and comfortable, well-equipped.
