Grundy Lake is located approximately 300 kilometres north of Toronto, accessed via Highway 400 and Highway 69. The park sits about one hour south of Sudbury and one hour north of Parry Sound. From Parry Sound, take Highway 522 east for one kilometre to reach the park entrance. Nearest airports for fly-and-rent options are North Bay and Sudbury, each approximately 158 to 192 kilometres away.

    This 1.5-kilometre loop trail features rocky ridges, lookouts, and a boardwalk through interesting wetlands where visitors can observe wetland plants and animals up close.

    A 3.6-kilometre moderate to difficult trail that passes through dense forest and wetlands, with the highlight being a Great Blue Heron rookery identifiable by large bunches of branches at the tops of swamp-killed trees.

    This 5.2-kilometre multi-use trail is 2.6 kilometres each way and is open to both hikers and cyclists. It is an easy walk offering scenic views of the inland lake system.

    Six natural sand beaches with gradual drop-offs are located throughout the park on Grundy Lake, Clear Lake, and Gurd Lake. Main Beach is marked with buoy lines and offers the most developed facilities.
