It’s a perfect size and layout for your family getaway. It’s been very well taken care of as we’ve been the only owners of this trailer! ✅ 🆓 Free add ons that you will see listed below!! ✅ It features a queen size bed for 2 people ✅ A double bunk bed where you can sleep up to 4 people. Perfect layout for the kids! ✅ It features a “tip out” slideout providing a much wider space than traditional trailers. The interior space inside the slideout has a “U” shaped seating around the kitchen table. ✅ It easily converts to a single bed. 44” wide x 5 feet long. I’d recommend this bed for up to 2 children or a shorter person. Overall you can sleep 6 to 8 people in this trailer. ✅ The kitchen includes a fridge & freezer that operates on either electric or propane! ✅ It also has a built in propane stove and oven. ✅ 🆓 kitchen is fully stocked with most items needed such as dishes, dish soap, cups, utensils, a coffee maker with filters, toaster, kettle, pots and pans. All you need is your food and paper plates, plastic cutlery and cups to throw away if you don’t want to be washing dishes. Also includes hand soap and toilet paper. ✅🆓We will provide a plastic folding table ✅🆓 Also included are 4 outdoor folding camping chairs. Trailer hitch and stabilizer bars are included and must be used!! ✅🆓 The RV sanitation tank dumping service is included free of charge so you don’t have to worry about emptying the tanks at the end of your vacation!! We will empty them once the trailer is returned. ❌**linens and towels are not provided**❌ ➡️ PLEASE BRING YIUR OWN BLANKETS, PILLOWS and TOWELS. ✅ The trailer has full bathroom with a sink and shower. ✅ It has a hot water tank that operates electric or propane for your sink and shower ✅ 2 FULL propane tanks are included and are attached to the trailer. 🔴➡️They must be refilled before returning or you can purchase the propane tank refill prepayment “add on” during booking so you don’t need to refill the propane tanks when returning the trailer. ✅ This trailer is very easy to hookup to your vehicle as it has an electric trailer jack. No manual cranking needed. ✅ The trailer has built in manual stabilizer jacks. ✅ The trailer has an electric powered awning making the opening and closing very easy. ✅ Trailer has an air conditioner unit mounted to the ceiling. Perfect for those hot days and nights! Also has a propane furnace for those early or late season campers. Trailer has 30 amp service making it perfect for any park that provides it. It can also be plugged in to a regular household power outlet by using the 30 amp to 15 amp adapter that we can include. Thank you for looking! We’d greatly appreciate it! ❌ * No pets allowed* Unfortunately this trailer is not pet friendly as they can cause unintended damage. Plus some of our other guests have allergies so we’d like to respect their situation. ❌**Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the trailer or near the trailer on the outside as the smoke can enter through the windows and door causing odor that can be absorbed then affecting us or other guests. ❤️❤️Thank you!
