How to get to Millsite State Park

Millsite State Park sits west of Ferron, Utah, reached via Utah Highway 10 and Canyon Road (100 South). From Salt Lake City the drive is roughly 150 miles south, about 2.5 to 3 hours via US-6 and SR-10. Price is about 35 miles north and Green River about 70 miles east, both common fuel and supply stops. The approach on Canyon Road is paved and RV-friendly with no tunnels, but travelers continuing up Ferron Canyon onto Forest Road 0022 should expect steep grades, narrow sections, and high-elevation switchbacks unsuitable for large rigs. The closest commercial airport for fly-and-rent trips is Salt Lake City International.
