Stockton State Park is roughly a 45-minute drive northwest of Springfield, Missouri via MO-13 and MO-215, and about 2.5 to 3 hours south of Kansas City via US-71 and MO-32. The main approach on MO-215 is a paved two-lane route with gentle Ozark-border grades and no tunnels or low bridges, making it straightforward for larger RVs.
