Very prompt with communication. Trailer was set and ready when we came to pick it up. Worked wonderfully with fitting all our tall teenagers for the weekend and kept us warm during the chilly nights. 2019 Dutchmen Travel Trailer

It was a great experience dealing with Mike. He was right on time for pickup and drop off, with no issues during set up. The trailer is comfy and really has pretty much everything you need. With that said, we really overpacked and could have saved us alot of work. Definitely recommend, great product and stand-up owner.
