This unit is ready to go. *Please take note of what is included and what we have available as add-ons.* Our trailer is equipped with an LED lit power awning, Bluetooth speakers inside and out. There is a queen sized bed, 2 bunks, and fold out dinette. (The dinette could sleep 2 smaller children.) Fully equipped kitchen, hot water tank, furnace, fridge with small freezer that operates on propane or shore power, 1 x 20lb propane tank. It has air conditioning and a microwave, but these only work when connected to shore power. We are small-dog friendly!
