This unit is ready to go. *Please take note of what is included and what we have available as add-ons.* Our trailer is equipped with an LED lit power awning, Bluetooth speakers inside and out. There is a queen sized bed, bunk bed, and fold out dinette. (The dinette could sleep 2 smaller children.) Fully equipped kitchen, hot water tank, furnace, fridge with small freezer that operates on propane or shore power, 1 x 20lb propane tank. It has air conditioning and a microwave, but these only work when connected to shore power. We are small-dog friendly! Included in rental - -fitted sheets -kitchen linens -2 hot dog sticks -4 camp chairs -campstove with 1lb propane bottle Add ons available -generator -Propane BBQ *Please note the following information.* *The trailer has a standard 7 way plug. A brake controller is required to pull this trailer.* *The trailer battery will usually last +/- 2 days without charging, so please plan accordingly* In general, I am usually not able to do deliveries on the trailer.
