The travel trailer was exactly as advertised. It was brand new and very comfortable. As agreed in advance, Viktor set up the camper before our arrival and was very flexible with our timing. We had a few issues the first night with the battery but Viktor was very responsive and came quickly to fix the issue. We had no other issues during our trip. I would definitely book through Viktor again!

We had a wonderful weekend camping with Kyle’s RV. He was responsive to questions as we prepared for our trip and gave us a thorough run down of the RV before we left. The RV was in excellent condition, and is quite spacious. We travelled with 2 adults and 2 small children and the setup was perfect for us. Basically everything you’d need is there. We would happily rent from Kyle again, and highly recommend him for anyone else looking to book an RV.

How much does it cost to rent an RV in Enderby, BC?

RV rental in Enderby, BC is one of the most affordable ways to enjoy the Shuswap River and North Okanagan. Travel trailers typically start around $100 to $175 CAD per night, Class C motorhomes range from $200 to $325, and luxury Class A coaches sit closer to $350 to $500. What license do I need to rent an RV in Enderby, BC?

Good news: a regular Class 5 BC driver's licence (or its equivalent full licence from your home province, state, or country) is all you need to rent an RV in Enderby. No special RV endorsement, air brake ticket, or commercial licence is required for the motorhomes and trailers on RVezy, even for larger Class A rigs. Visiting from overseas? Is my RV rental in Enderby protected if something goes wrong?

Yes, every RV rental in Enderby booked through RVezy includes a renter protection plan plus 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can hit Highway 97A with real peace of mind. You choose your protection tier at checkout (Basic, Standard, or Premium), not the host, so you can match coverage to your trip and budget. The plan covers eligible physical damage to the RV during your rental, with deductibles and limits that vary by tier. Pair that with a thorough host walkthrough at pickup and a quick photo/video record, and you are set up for a worry-free Shuswap getaway.

What if I need to cancel my Enderby RV rental?

Booking an RV rental in Enderby is low-risk thanks to RVezy's standardized cancellation policy, which is set by RVezy (not individual hosts). Guests get a full refund of the booking total if they cancel within 24 hours of booking, as long as the trip is still at least 7 days away. After that grace period, refund amounts depend on how close you are to your trip start date, and the full tiered policy is published on the RVezy Help Center so you can review it anytime before you book. If a host cancels on you, RVezy helps rebook you or issues a refund. Lock in your prime July dates with confidence.

Just toggle the Pet-Friendly filter on RVezy and you'll see listings whose owners welcome four-legged co-pilots (some charge a small pet fee, others don't). Tplaqín/Enderby Cliffs Provincial Park allows leashed dogs on the trail, though the 5 to 6-hour round trip is best for fit pups. Pro tip: message the host before booking to confirm pet rules and bring a tie-out for campsite hangs.

Can the RV be delivered to my campsite in Enderby?

Yes, RV delivery in Enderby is one of the most popular options on RVezy, especially for travel trailers and fifth wheels. Many local hosts will tow the RV directly to Riverside RV Park, Quilakwa RV Park, Shuswap Falls RV Resort, or even a private property along the Shuswap River, then level it, hook it up, and walk you through every system. That means zero towing stress, no backing into a tight site, and more time floating the river. Delivery fees typically run $2 to $4 per kilometre from the host's location, with some offering free delivery within Enderby city limits. Filter by Delivery on the search page and message hosts to confirm your campground address.

Winters are cold (-5 to -10°C with snow), but Quilakwa RV Park stays open year-round for snowmobilers heading to Hunters Range. I've never rented an RV before, will I be okay driving one in Enderby?

You'll do great, and first time renting an RV in Enderby is honestly one of the easiest places to start. Highway 97A through town is a flat, two-lane road with light traffic compared to Vancouver or Calgary, and the surrounding farmland routes to Grindrod and Mara are gentle warm-ups. Every host gives you a hands-on orientation at pickup covering driving, hookups, slide-outs, propane, and the dump process, and many even text you reminders mid-trip. Choose a smaller Class C or campervan rental Enderby option if you're nervous about size, or book delivery so you never have to drive it at all. RVezy support is available 24/7 if questions pop up on the road.

What happens if my RV breaks down during my Enderby trip?

You are never stranded. Every RVezy booking includes 24/7 roadside assistance through the renter protection plan, so whether you have a flat on Highway 97A, a dead battery at Mabel Lake, or a hookup question at Riverside RV Park, help is a phone call away. Roadside can dispatch towing, tire service, fuel delivery, jump-starts, and lockout help across BC. Your host is also a great first call, they know their RV inside and out and can often troubleshoot in minutes. Pro tip: save the RVezy support number and your host's number in your phone before you leave cell coverage for spots like Mabel Lake or Hunters Range.

Can I take my Enderby RV rental across the border into Alberta or the United States?

Inter-provincial road trips are very common, and an RV road trip from Enderby into Alberta (think Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper) is one of the most popular routes on the platform. Just message the host before booking to confirm their travel policy. Trips into the US (Glacier National Park is about 6 hours south via the Roosville crossing) are also allowed with host approval, and RVezy insurance coverage extends to travel in Canada and the continental United States. Travel into Mexico is not permitted because coverage does not extend there. Carry your booking confirmation, the ownership and insurance documents the host provides, your passport, and pet vaccination records if applicable.

What kind of fuel mileage should I budget for an RV trip from Enderby?

Budgeting is straightforward once you know the numbers. Travel trailers towed by a half-ton truck average 14 to 18 L/100km, Class C motorhomes sit around 18 to 22 L/100km, and large Class A coaches use 25 to 30 L/100km. Gas in Enderby typically runs $1.55 to $1.85 CAD per litre (a touch cheaper than Vancouver, pricier than Alberta). A round trip from Enderby to Banff (about 960 km) in a Class C will run roughly $325 to $400 in fuel. Pro tip: fill up in Enderby or Vernon before heading east toward Mabel Lake or Revelstoke, prices climb noticeably once you're past Sicamous.

How far in advance should I book a campground near Enderby?

For the best campgrounds near Enderby in peak summer (mid-July through August), book 2 to 4 months ahead, especially for weekends. Riverside RV Park, Quilakwa, and Shuswap Falls RV Resort fill up fast during the Funtastic Slo-Pitch Tournament and BC Rivers Day weekend. Provincial campgrounds like Mabel Lake Provincial Park use the BC Parks reservation system (Discover Camping), which opens bookings on a rolling 4-month window, set a calendar reminder. Shoulder season (late May, June, September) is much more relaxed, often just a few weeks out. Pro tip: weekday arrivals at Riverside RV Park are almost always available even in July if you're flexible.

What are driving conditions like around Enderby?

Driving around Enderby is refreshingly relaxed, the city sits on flat valley floor along Highway 97A, with wide shoulders and gentle curves perfect for an RV. The 36 km run south to Vernon and 40 km north to Sicamous are easy, mostly straight stretches. The road out to Mabel Lake (about 30 minutes east) is the one to mind: it's winding with hairpin turns and rutted sections, so go slow in larger Class A rigs. Watch for deer at dawn and dusk year-round, and check DriveBC for winter conditions if you're visiting between November and March (snow tires or chains are required on most BC highways October 1 to April 30).

What amenities will I find at Enderby campgrounds?

Local campgrounds are well-equipped for a smooth stay. Riverside RV Park offers 70 RV sites with water, power, toilets, showers, a sani-dump, and boat launch right on the Shuswap. Quilakwa RV Park has full-service sites with 30 and 50-amp power, water, sewer, laundry, a camp store with firewood and tubes, and shower facilities. Shuswap Falls RV Resort provides 132 full-hookup sites including pull-throughs. For dumping mid-trip, the Riverside and Quilakwa sani-stations are the most convenient in town. Potable water is available at all three. Pro tip: if you're heading to Mabel Lake Provincial Park (more rustic, no hookups), top up your fresh tank and empty your grey/black tanks in Enderby first.

What features and amenities come with an Enderby RV rental?

Most RVs you'll find on RVezy in Enderby come fully equipped for a turnkey trip: real beds with linens (often included or available as an add-on), a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, and cookware, an indoor bathroom with shower and toilet, furnace and air conditioning, and seatbelts for safe travel. Class C and Class A motorhomes typically include a generator for off-grid power, while many travel trailers run on battery and propane. TVs and Wi-Fi hotspots vary by listing, check the amenities tab. Family RV trip Enderby setups often sleep 6 to 8 with bunk beds and convertible dinettes. Pro tip: ask hosts about bedding, camp chairs, BBQs, and bike racks as add-ons.

What add-ons and pickup options should I know about?

Hosts in Enderby offer some genuinely helpful add-ons to customize your trip. Common ones include bedding and towel kits ($30 to $75), kitchen packages, camp chairs and tables, BBQs and propane fills, generators, bike racks, tubes for the Shuswap River, and Starlink or Wi-Fi hotspots. Pickup is usually scheduled at the host's home or a meeting spot in Enderby, Armstrong, or Vernon, with a 30 to 60-minute orientation included. Drop-off times are typically late morning, ask for a late checkout if you need it. Mileage policies vary, with most hosts including 150 to 250 km per day free. Pro tip: bundle delivery + setup + a bedding kit so you arrive at Riverside RV Park and just walk in and relax.
cityofenderby.com/city-hall/tourism/

How does payment and the security deposit work for my Enderby RV rental?

Payment is simple and secure: you pay through the RVezy platform with a credit card at booking, never directly to the host in cash. A refundable security deposit (set by the host and shown at checkout) is pre-authorized on your card a few days before pickup, not charged unless there is damage, excess cleaning, or extra mileage after your trip. It is released back to you within a few days of return assuming everything is in order. Pro tip: do a quick walkaround video with your host at both pickup and drop-off and take photos of the odometer, propane levels, and tanks, this five-minute habit prevents most deposit disputes and keeps your Shuswap RV trip stress-free.
