At Camp Mokule‘ia, evenings center on a campfire pit, with cold water sinks and a hot water shower house on site, which is more amenity than most public parks provide. Tent sites sit on a shaded field close to the beach, and upgraded tentalos on raised platforms sleep up to four. RV renters driving smaller campervans will find the two-lane coastal highways manageable, but large Class A rigs are uncommon on the island and access to some beach parks is tight.
