This has everything you need for a great camping experience: awning, stove, oven, full bath room, and outdoor shower. Sleeps approximately 5-6 people. It has 1 queen bed, a bunk bed, and the kitchen table turns into a bed. Even has plenty of storage in the cabinets and under the beds. Camping in the summer you’ll stay cooled off with the A/C and in the winter you’ll be toasty warm on those cold nights with the heater. We do allow pets the only stipulation is that the pet has to be under 50lbs and that you do tell us prior. There is a small fee for pets to cover any excess cleaning. While we keep our RV in excellent condition, if unforeseen mechanical issues arise it is difficult to oversee the repairs and accommodate our renters needs during repairs. We prefer to keep our unit within a 12 hour distance from our location.
