2018 Winnebago Class A
Kyle delivered his RV early and set up everything for our stay at a county park. Electric and water all hooked up and turned on, thermostat set at a comfy temp, and all beds made. Everything was clean. This was much appreciated after arriving from out of town with kids and dog. Enjoyed the RV and working with Kyle.

Kyle was great. He met me earlier this year to see if our car seats would work. Then we booked his RV for Thanks Giving and it was awesome.

2017 Thor Motor Coach Class A
Awesome experience with the exception of the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE contractor. More on that at the end. The RV owner, Gary, was professional, patient and super helpful (and AVAILABLE!) the entire rental period. Coach was impeccably clean & well apportioned with amenities/ add-ons that delighted my group. Most importantly, it drove like a DREAM! In my search for my own coach to purchase in the next 2 years, this experience makes Thor Miramar a definite contender. I couldn't have had a better experience! *Roadside Assistance: RVezy strongly recommends it and this owner required it, so I purchased only to have an awful experience when I went to use it. The representative we had was extremely rude & unhelpful... when I included the zip code of the coach location after the battery drained all the way down & I needed a jump, the representative snarkily replied, "We're not trying to mail you a tow truck... why are you giving me the zip code?!". He then proceeded to tell me to find my own tow company. I had to prompt HIM after that with, "And then what... do you provide an authorization? Do they call or me? Do you have preferred vendors?". His answer, "I guess so". He red fused to be more helpful to than that and neither would he give me a timeframe whereby THEIR tow truck provider to get to my location. I ended up going on YouTube and finding out how to "Emergency (self) Start" the RV myself using the coach's internal system. When he called back (same guy) over an hour later, he berated my friend who answered my phone bc I was driving for not calling him back to say I had gotten coach running (something I would definitely have done had he & the service offered NOT been so deplorable). I am demanding a refund of my, per day, Roadside Assistance coverage fee and STRONGLY recommend RVezy find a new provided. The reason my rating remains 5-Stars is because that "blip", as awful as it was, was not enough to ruin/ drag our overall experience... AS LONG AS the issue is taken seriously by RVezy and I am made whole. Of course I have already reported it.

Where do I start, Dawn and Scott are awesome! They went over and beyond for me and my team . we had a trip planned down in North Carolina had rented an RV a month prior The day of the trip we are leaving to head south from Pennsylvania I get a text message from the original gentleman I rented a rv From saying that he had to cancel our rental because he had to put his RV in for service this is literally 20 minutes after leaving our house to head south so I get on the app and start searching for another RV and as you guys know if you are reading this review there’s nothing available a week or two before your trip is planned you have to book earlier 3/4 weeks min but we were jammed up so I started messaging other RV rentals within 10 minutes Of messaging Dawn and scott she called me I told her the situation we were in and she was willing to help she said she really doesn’t rent on such short notice but for some reason she gave us a shot after talking for five minutes we figured out that she was 230 miles away from where we were staying I mediately thought in my head well that’s a dealbreaker Because we weren’t able to drive out that far to pick it up and drive it back she said hold up let me talk to my husband and I’ll get back to you in an hour and see if he’s willing to drop it off she called me back like she said in an hour and gave me a very reasonable rate to drive the RV out drop it off and pick it up I couldn’t believe they where willing to go out of their way to help us in such a crappy situation but they were Scott drove the RV out the next morning met me at the race track and set it up we went over everything with the RV and he basically leveled it and did everything for me the only thing we had to do was just put her stuff in it the RV was in 100% working condition everything works as it should it was a little smaller than the RV we originally rent it but it was plenty big enough for us I highly recommend Dawn and Scott if you were looking at their RV they keep it up in good condition and it was very clean she also put a grill inside for us and was willing to give us anything we need it if we didn’t have it she basically went through a checklist with me over the phone and there were some things that I didn’t have and she just threw in there for us awesome people five star rating thanks again Dawn and Scott you saved our trip ❤️
