We added on the generator, and delivery. The trailer had everything that our family needed. It was a good size, and Mike went above and beyond for us. Our vacation at the lake was fun and carefree! Would book again next time for sure.

It was a pleasure dealing with Tori. The RV was very clean and well stocked. Need to add a few more boards for leveling the RV. I would rent this RV again.

The RVezy app and website is not user friendly and left out very important information ie it did not say definitively that any rentals were for a minimum 3 days. When I rented an RV for 2 days i was not made aware of this but was billed for 3 day rental. the amount surprised me as it was much more than I expected from the description on the site. It was only when I questioned this that I found out about the 3 day minimal rental Having said that the RV we rented was clean and nice and the owners were great. The only problem was that we weren't made aware that the water pump would come on regularly through the night. Which it did and woke us up munltiple times. This was not the fault of the owners because they had very little time to orient us. Perhaps it would be a good thing to have some details about the RV available in the unit at all times. We couldn't contact them because we were in a no cell coverage area. Overall, we had a good time and the RV was comfortable. Thanks to Tori and her husband. Angela H
