Enjoy your next camping trip in this brand new, easy to tow trailer! This great little trailer is 16’ long and easily towed by an SUV or half ton truck. We provide a hitch and sway bars to ensure easy towing. This camper sleeps 2 people on the bed and 1 child can sleep on the couch! Pet friendly so go ahead and bring your fur babies with you. The kitchen has a gas stove top, a fridge/freezer, and a microwave. The fridge can run off either propane or electric. The bathroom has a shower with a small bath tub and a toilet. The dining table folds down into the large double size bed. You can put the 10’ awning out easily with the press of a button. Under the awning is an LED light strip so you can have some outdoor light at night. The awning has speakers on it, which connect to the audio system inside the camper. The audio system is Bluetooth and can play from speakers inside and/or outside the camper. There is plenty of storage room in the camper for your belongings! We provide a small and medium pot, a pan, and some marshmallow sticks, and a few cleaning supplies such as Lysol wipes, windex, paper towel, and dish soap with the trailer. We also provide a few camping chairs and linens for the bed. There is A/C and a furnace, both work very well! The camper comes with a solar panel that easily connects to the battery to make any off grid camping trips easier! The solar panel does a great job of keeping the battery charged. The fresh water tank holds 10 gals of water and will be full when you pick the trailer up. There is a water heater with hot water as well. The propane tank holds 20lbs, will be filled before pickup. I ask that the septic tank is emptied and the propane bottle is refilled upon returning the trailer. If you do not want to do this, please see my add ons to prepay for septic emptying and propane refill so you do not have to do it. If you do not prepay and it is not done upon return, a $50 septic and a $30 propane fee will be charged. We include: - 1 roll of RV toilet paper (there is an add on for a 4 pack of toilet paper you can purchase so I will get it for you before your trip, if not please purchase more if needed) - 2 camping chairs - 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 cups - juice pitcher - a few pots and pans - cutting board - BBQ lighter - some basic cooking utensils (spatula, flipper, peeler, etc) - hot dog roasting sticks - cleaning supplies & dish soap - linens for the bed ($10 laundry fee) - paper plates and plastic utensils *I do not supply reusable utensils so please bring your own if you need them* No smoking in the camper please. 2021 Jayco Jayflight 174 Travel Trailer available Welcome to our little wonder! 1 queen bed, and 2 bunk beds make this a perfect trailer for families or couples. Fully-equipped with air conditioning, stove, microwave, mini-fridge, bath-tub, shower, toilet, and heater. We are extremely flexible on pick-up and drop off. Please advise at booking of your desired times between 8am and 8pm and we will make every effort to accommodate. This unit is only 3075lbs dry and 3950 GVWR and can be towed by SUV or mini-van with towing capacity of 5,000lbs or more. Sleeps up to 4 2 on the queen bed 2 on the bunk beds Each rental will be provided with fitted sheets for all the beds, dishes, cutlery for 4, 2 camping chairs, pot/pan, and cooking utensils. ***Rentals 3 nights or longer can request complimentary full bedding (fitted/flat sheets, duvet in duvet cover, pillows). Please advise at booking if you require bedding and for which beds. We will provide two (2) 20lb propane tanks per rental with no requirement to refill. Propane is intended for regular use with the unit including heating and stove. Additional uses such as a personal fire pit is not intended and would require the tank to be refilled. 8,000 BTU air conditioner, heater, stove, microwave are all in the unit and we will make sure you are comfortable with their use. We will make every attempt to have the fridge running on propane and pre-cooled before you arrive. It can run on propane or electric so if you are camping without services, you will still have a working fridge. We do have a generator available for rent between all our untis. Please advise at booking if you require a generator. Black and grey tanks are only 20 gallons, so please ensure you are keeping an eye on the levels and emptying during your trip as needed. If tank emptying add-on is selected, we will take care of it at the end of your trip. We can provide a full tank of fresh water, but that will add about 300lbs of towing weight so please request in advance if you require fresh water. In order to tow the trailer, you MUST have 7 pin wiring. 4 pin wiring will not allow the trailer brakes to work and AB law requires working trailer brakes for all trailers over 1,500lbs. A brake controller is also required to tow safely. We can provide one free of charge if requested at time of booking. There is a $400 replacement fee if it is not returned (that's how much they cost) Our cleaning/prep fee covers propane, toiler paper, cleaning and sanitizing between rentals, some cleaning supplies and everything you require to safely tow and hook up the trailer at the campsite. At the end of the rental, we ask that the trailer be returned free of personal effects and reasonably tidy. We don't require it to be cleaned thoroughly as we will clean it anyway :)
