It sleeps a family comfortably - with two bunk beds, a dinette that will fold down, a pull out couch and the bed up top. Although it isn't brand new, it's very well kept and clean. The trailer is equipped with essential small appliances like a coffee maker & air fryer as well as folding plastic table & kids picnic table for use outside. It's got a variety of bowls, plates and utensils for serving meals as well. We have the handy wire stands for your outdoor garbage & recycling station as well as equipped the trailer with paper towel & RV toilet paper as well as basic cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools you need to prepare the perfect camping meal with your family & friends. The air conditioner is a must have on hot summer days and comes with a remote for handy on/off during the night. Hopefully you won't need it, but the heat works perfectly also. We have some fun extras like a book basket with some good reads, coloring and board games. As you start getting meals ready, there is a 3-burner stove and an oven all ready to use. A spacious microwave and a large fridge and freezer. The island has a double kitchen sink, and the storage underneath holds all the cooking pots. The drawers hold utensils you will need for your trip. As you walk up the stairs, there is a bathroom on the left with a toilet, a shower, and a sink with a medicine cabinet above, ready to host your personal toiletries. The comfortable queen-size bed has warm, inviting blankets ready for you to get into bed and read your favourite book with the lights above while charging your electronics. There is a slide-out that has a closet waiting for your clothes. The slide-out also has drawers and a cupboard that holds towels that are supplied. The outside storage holds a barbecue, a seasoned black stone grill, a generator, a camp stove, and lawn chairs, as well as an outside shower. I am 12 feet high and could sleep up to 8 people. This traveling home has all the comfort of a house like queen size bed, sofa, dining table, microwave, stove oven, hot water, shower, bathroom, tv, DVD, furnace heat, and air conditioning. With all that I also added more amenities like a coffee pot, hot water urn, toaster, cooking pot, cooking pan, cutting knife, spatula, whisk, soup scoop and plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for up to 8 people for your convenience. Because of covid 19 and for personal sanitizing and cleanliness reasons, we will not provide any bedding linens and towels. You will provide your own pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, and whatever you needed to sleep comfortably. we also do not provide any personal hygiene tools such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairbrush, shaver or shaving cream, and anything that is for personal use.
